At Honesty Construction we believe that team work gets the job done right. We work with the owner, architect, engineers and consultants from beginning to end. We ensure the highest quality throughout the project by collaborating with our Team with one goal in mind; Customer satisfaction.
Administration
Complete field administration means that there will always be somebody there to ensure that all work is being carried out properly. In some cases a construction office will be placed at the jobsite containing all necessary paperwork, drawings and permits.
Safety
Implementing our safety program will help pave the way to a safe work environment. "He who works safe today, lives to work again tomorrow."
Quality
At Honesty Construction, quality of service along with the quality of our product are the most important aspects of our customer relations. We'll look after the project as if we were building it for ourselves.
Timing
Direct and perform onsite work per schedule. Having a strict work schedule means getting the job done, on time. We'll do all we can to make sure we meet the customers needs; we just can't control the weather.
Management
Risk and cost management programs will be put into place to help reduce the different risks accompanied by the construction process. By identifying all risks and planning for what may come we can avoid, reduce, retain or even transfer the risks.
Team Work
Monthly Team meetings to review guidelines in the contract, discuss the importance and our standard of quality. These meetings help to keep everybody on the same page, from the subcontractors to the engineers. Organization is key.
Getting it Done
Initiate and oversee construction closeout and occupation. We're not satisfied until you're satisfied, and our job isn't done until you've moved in.
